Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Systems Administrator to support our enterprise systems, end‑user technology, and core business applications. The ideal candidate is an early to mid career IT professional who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, system administration, and supporting users across multiple locations nationwide. Responsibilities in this role include supporting the organizational transition to Microsoft 365 and maintaining SharePoint environments, troubleshooting laptops and general IT issues, and assisting with legacy systems. This is a fully in‑office role based in Bothell, WA, supporting a collaborative team in a mission‑driven organization serving the water and environmental sector.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, SharePoint environments, including user access, permissions, and site configuration.
- Manage software including SAP B1, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Assist with the migration to Microsoft environment, including user support and post‑migration optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve laptop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues for in‑office and remote users.
- Maintain virtual server environments, including updates, monitoring, and basic capacity planning.
- Support day‑to‑day network operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting Wi‑Fi connectivity for staff in the office and remote locations.
- Maintain and update workflows, applications, and documentation.
- Provide end‑user training and support for Microsoft tools and internal systems.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring security, content accuracy, functionality, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Kubota Headquarters IT and other affiliates on shared systems and standards.
- Support organization wide standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department and other teams.
- Manage KWU equipment and device control, including tracking, configuration, and deployment.
- Update IT policies, safety guidelines, and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of IT systems or technical support experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft suite and SharePoint.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, hardware, software, cloud, and general IT issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical users across multiple locations.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to commute to headquarters office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Basic familiarity with SAP B1 or other ERP systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (AZ‑900)
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900)
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for urgent system support.
Salary
The salary range will take into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s education; skills; experience, training, and industry knowledge; licensure and certifications. The hired candidate will be eligible for compensation between $95,000 - $120,000 Base Salary plus a Discretionary Bonus of up to 10%.
